“Don't miss out on this GEM in Nice”

This is simply the best location in Nice. We were spoilt with the stunning view, being able to cross the road to the beach and all the activities. The airport bus as well as the tram is very close and convenient, so le Grand Sud opens up Nice and surroundings to visitors, while offering balmy evenings on the patio enjoying the splendour of the Cote d'Azur. Please do not be distracted by reviews complaining about the fold-away beds. The location and all the other plus points outweigh it by far - and it is a quick change in set-up. Thank you Philipe for being such an attentive and amasing host! We were sad not to meet you in person, but you attended to all our questions and requests with such charm and kind assistance. “Wonderful visit”

Perfect apartment for short visit, wonderful to sit on the balcony and see the Promenade. Everything you need , the apertment has, shops and restaurants nearby

“Worth it for the view alone!”

We were sold on the apartment by the amazing view and location - and they didn’t disappoint! Honestly, you could sit and watch the world go by the whole day if you wanted to. Or wander across the road, have a swim, and wander back for a shower and a beer. The apartment is cleverly thought out and packs all you need into a small space. And nice touches such as the bottle of wine and early check in (it hadn’t been booked for the night before) were much appreciated. And you have a choice of bus, tram line bike all a couple of minutes away.

Great location, great value. Concierge in the same building. No problems with check-in/out. The balcony with sea view is top!

“Beautiful stay in a great location”

Excellent location in front of the beach. Amazing view from the balcony and very clean apartment equipped with everything that you need for a short or long stay. Philippe is an amazing host, he was waiting to welcome us and give us some basic tips for the city

The location over the road from the Promenade was perfect and the facilities in the apartment including washing machine and coffee machine were great. Our host Philippe went out of his way to wait for us and make us welcome in his apartment. We will certainly return.

Very well equipped, fantastic outlook over the Med, supermarkets and cafe bars in easy walking distance. Tram stop also close for ease of wider exploring or access to the old town Plenty of information provided by the helpful host. Compact accommodation but great for a couple

I have nothing but positive comments to say about this amazing little gem of a place... The host met us on arrival with warmth and knowledge. Communication was prompt and informative. The location is ideal with the most gorgeous view that no photo can capture. The apartment was spotless, the bed is very comfortable and the balcony was a lovely additional space to enjoy.

The view is amazing, straight across the road to the beach. The apartment was as described and shown in pictures. Phillipe was there on arrival and went through everything from the apartment to local supermarkets. Whilst the apartment is small it has everything you need and the view, WOW! Tram stop from the airport and into town is a 3min walk. The apartment is in a perfect location away from the busy area but a very easy walk along the beautiful waterfront. Would definitely stay again.
