“Perfect, lovely apartment”
The apartment had everything you would need, very clean and airy with lots of space. Perfect location, just a 10 min tram ride from the airport. Right on the beach front and plenty of shops and little restaurants nearby. Easy access to the centre by tram or a lovely walk along the promenade

“Relaxing, beautiful, peaceful and nice & quiet up there.”
Location, view, Sylvie was so helpful in many ways. The apartment was well stocked. Christelle was excellent communicating with us. Apartment is clean, shiny and spacious. Everything we needed. Very much hope to come again.

Location is excellent. The apartment is well equipped so we could cook there in the evenings. Shower is very good.

Wonderful apartment! Suitable for 3 people . Lovely to have a balcony with a fabulous view of the Mediterranean Sea. The apartment is located on les Promenades des Anglais but a few kilometers from old town. However the public transport is excellent. Well-equipped and spacious apartment. We loved our stay. The concierge was responsive and helpful! When I return to Nice, I will stay here again!

The property is perfectly located with a view of the sea to the front and a tram station to the back. It is on the top floor and very bright and airy.

It is very rare that everything goes right in an appartment, but I have to say that everything in this Place was amazing! The view from the balcony is amazing. The lady who received Us was very welcoming and superb. The sofa bed was the best sofa bed I have ever been it was large and comfy. Locationwise, there is a supermarket next to it and a delicious boulangerie. Tram is nearby also so you can visit the city centre in 10 minutes. Very nice experience ! Would visit again
