“Pretty amazing”

Everything was great and it was a perfect location. We were told though that the linen would be changed as we were there for 6 nights but that did not happen . Aside from this everything was great

The location is excellent. Angelo, the manager met us at the property to hand over the keys and show us around the property and facilities. Angelo was on hand to fix any problems, eg, light bulb not working.

Irina, the host's assistant, was cheerful and helpful both upon arriving and departing. The apartment is on the 4th floor (5th level, because the ground floor is zero), and is spacious, with amenities like a huge sofa, comfortable queen-sized bed, washing machine, Pullman-like kitchen, and good-sized balcony from which you can glimpse the beach. There's a tiny elevator. The apartment is inside a gated area in a building facing an inner courtyard of plants and trees surrounded by similar buildings that create a quiet enclosure. We ate out for most meals, for there's a good restaurant, Les Jardins, near the base of the building and Le Cocodile is one block away. Shopping opportunities nearby are plentiful, the Rue de France with upscale restaurants and stores is close, and walking into the Old Town is an easy stroll. We stayed during October, which is a transitional time for weather: it rained at some part of the day for 6 of our 7 days, so we had to carry raincoats at all times. Les Promenade des Anglais is just 100 feet from the apartment, through the enclosed garden, and it should not be missed, as it curves along the Rivage (beach front) for miles, being shouldered by elegant hotels, restaurants, museums, and, of course, the beach itself. The Rivage has a paved pedestrian walkway and bike lane, with clusters of restaurants down below on the shore. The beach itself was a bit disappointing, for debris washed ashore after the rains and the debris was not cleaned up but remained until it washed back out to sea.

Really great location, close to everything, the beach, supermarket and a fantastic bakery.

The location in a block just back from the Promenade des Anglais is excellent. There are also food shops very nearby. The flat is very comfortable and well-equipped and the terrace is a delight for eating and drinking, though there are no reclining chairs. Angelo is an efficient and helpful property manager.

Angelo was a great host. The location was very nice, convenient short walk to the beach. The apartment was spotless, functional, with all amenities necessary. Air condition, washing machine, fridge. We enjoyed the balcony facing the garden, with a small view of the ocean. You can access the Promenade des through the garden.

Location is great. By far the best thing about this property but the place is very spacious and clean with all the amenities one would need.
