“Big appt but very hot without air-con”
The appt was in a great location with bars & restaurants on your doorstep. However we visited in June when the temp was 29 degrees & we found it impossible to sleep without air-conditioning. We couldn't open our bedroom windows due to noise from street. There ate NO basics provided in the appt. No cooking oil, wiping up cloths, kitchen roll, washing up liquid (other than a sample size) Collecting the keys you have to go to their office at their convenience with all your cases then walk to the appt in the midday heat with your cases. Highly unusual & inconvenient.

“Nice clean flat near the old harbour with balcony and elevator.”
The flat is situated near the old harbour with lots of restaurants and shops. It is only 15 minutes walk away from Promenade des Anglais and 3-5 minutes walk from the tram stop directly from Nice airport. The flat was really clean and nice with all necessary items for a nice holydays. Huge TV-set with lots of streaming services. The balcony is big and has nice furniture and is situated towards the courtyard which makes it quiet. The flat is at second floor and is suitable for more or less disabled persons as there is an elevator.
