“Feeling at home in Nice”

This is a perfect place to stay to catch a local vibe. Communication with Franck (the owner) was very smooth and he waited us on the arrival. The apartment was very well equipped. There was coffee and all everything we needed. Bed was comfortable and of course the highlight was the spacious and green terrace. We’ll be back 🙂 Merci

“Strongly recommend, nice location and friendly owner!”

The flat was nicely renovated and the big terrace was excellent bonus! It's pretty close to the central railway station, to the downtown by walk leisurely 20 min, by tram 5 min. The tram stop is just behind the corner. The owner was extremely friendly, he was waiting for me in the evening, although my flight was bit delayed. Completely equipped kitchen, the same with laundry equipment. Restaurant just in the ground floor, food stores very close.

It had everything you needed from stove top, washing machines to grocery store close by , location was amazing. The terrace gives you good vibe.

“Fab apartment with stunning terrace”

Super clean and a wonderful terrace. Fully equipped kitchen and wonderful host who was even able to supply me with a yoga mat. Def return oh and butchers, fish mongers, bakers and two supermarkets a stones throw away !

Everything was amazing. The host is very friendly and helpful, the accommodation is just perfect! Everything was very clean and we had everything that we needed. The location is good, right next to the tram stop + some shops, bakeries etc around.

Great location, in a lovely neighbourhood right next to a supermarket and walking distance of the train station. The apartment has everything you need and had plenty of room and well finished. Owner is great and very helpful, would highly recommend.

Location, terrace and owner really so good person. About apartment there is one of my favourite place after this vacation because The apartment is very cozy, big, clean and everything you need for living is there, even more. Much respect to the owner who created this comfort at home because when I left on the first day I didn’t want to leave on the last.)) We had a truly enjoyable stay in Nice, and we were very pleased with the apartment. It was exceptionally clean and well-equipped with all the necessary items. The spacious terrace was a delightful addition. The apartment's location was excellent, situated in a charming neighborhood and just a minute's walk from the tram station. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone planning a visit to Nice. Frank was exceptionally hospitable and ensured that we had everything we needed.

We spent a few days in the apartment and we enjoyed our stay there. Frank is very friendly and kind! If you want to spend time in a comfortable apartment, then this is worth choosing!

“Perfect spot for a stay in Nice.”

Beautiful property very clean and well maintained. Felt very safe in the area and the apartment is very close to a tram station which will get you into the busier parts of the city in only a few minutes. The host is very friendly and helpful providing recommendations for your stay. The outdoor terrace is beautiful with its garden which has fresh lemongrass and fresh thyme which we were freely offered to use as well. The terrace felt very private due to well maintained plants. All of the listed amenities were available. We would highly recommend this property to anyone travelling to Nice for any reason. Easily one of the best properties like this either of us have every stayed at.

“Lovely Stay”

Apartment is lovely and so clean! Terrace was great for using in the morning and evening. Host could not have been nicer or more accommodating - let us check in early and out late.

We stayed for 1 week in La Terrasse and loved everything of the apartment! It was super clean and every detail was made and decorated with love. The location is perfect and supermarket, restaurants and tram station were very close. Within a 15-20 min walk you can reach also the tourist center of Nice and the beach. One of the highlights of the apartment is the terrace, where you can enjoy the early morning coffee or the evening wine. Our host was amazing friendly and helpful! Thank you very much! We will be back for sure!

“Perfect place to stay in Nice”

I cannot recommend staying here enough! The location is fantastic with a 1-2 min walk to tram stop and local shop. It is above a chilled out local restaurant which has a lovely rear terrace and reasonable prices. The windows are really well insulated so we had little noise intrusion. The apartment is finished to an excellent standard throughout with really lovely design and lots of thought put into the space (I have stolen some ideas for my flat at home). Franck was a really welcoming, accommodating and communacative host. The kitchen was well supplied with 3 different ways to make coffee, lots of glassware and a giant fridge. Both the bed and the sofa bed were super comfortable. But the best bit is the giant terrace - we couldn't believe we had this space all to ourselves for the price we paid! Definitely stay here if you are visiting Nice. I stayed her with my Mum and the layout worked really well for 2 of us in different rooms. But would be a great couples break and also the space could work for families. Thank you for the lovely stay :)

Very nice, modern, clean, fully equipped apartment with beautiful terrace. Located close to city center with a tram station right in front of the accommodation. In the area of 50m there are two markets, a pharmacy and several restaurants. The host is very warm and pleasant, eager to give all the necessary information about the apartment and the city. Would definitely recommend and plan to go back again.
