I followed instructions to receive the keys as per the documentation shared by the property owner. I did call at 21h30 to inform that I will be late, the call went into voice mail. I arrived at 01h30 and there was no key in the lock box!! I was stranded on street with kids in a cold weather looked around and was luckily able to find another hotel after looking for 1 hour online!! the next day I called at 9h00 multiple times (all called went to voice mail) to ask if they can check us in for the rest of our stay, the owner cancelled the booking without even talking to us and chose to communicate with us only via chat (Booking chat is not real time- nowhere I could upload screenshots or videos that I made to support my arguments, I have been in tech engineering for 25+ years, an intern with Claude code can do better job here 3 weeks engineering effort tops). beside the dealing with the property owner, Booking took no responsibility or an act of customer first action here, even when I reached out (first there was this useless chat function!) Booking asked me to deal the matter directly with the property owner.. with this incidence Booking shattered my trust on them, they showcased that they are interested in taking fees and shrugging shoulder off once it comes to customer service! I am extremely disappointed with Booking and this specific property owner's dealing this situation, not only I lost money, I was stranded on street with kids and friends family in the middle of a cold night (2 degrees).

The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Communication with the host was friendly. The location is also ideal – just a few minutes’ walk from Nice’s main train station, making it very easy to explore the city. At the same time, the surroundings are peaceful and safe. There are several cafés, bakeries, and shops nearby, which add to the convenience. La Casa Reine Jeanne is a perfect choice for families, couples, or friends looking for a cozy, modern, and well-located place to stay in Nice. Definitely a place worth staying at – we highly recommend it!

The appartement was spacious, enough even for 6 people. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Location was just perfect (few minnutes to train station, grocery, restaurants; walkable to old city and beach). Fernando was just perfect.

Absolutely perfect for everything!! The room is too good to be true, clean and nice. You will have everything you need in the room. Fernando also kindly help us a lot and answer our questions without complains at all. The outside apartment might look weird but give it a try! This is worth every penny I pay and located around the corner at Nice-Ville station so it’s easy to connect around from city to city.

Well located next to railway and tram stops. Airconditioned and very clean. Contacting the owner for help with getting TV reception was easy and Fernando was very helpful.

Comfortable and nice apartment with everything what You need. It is very close to centre and all important monuments. Also nearby there is a good energy on the streets with a lots of stores and groceries. The host is lovely person 😊

The apartment was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! I can’t emphasise enough the size, decor, modernness and cleanliness of the property, it was absolutely spot on and amazing value for money. We stayed for a week and we had all the facilities necessary, to cook, clean and be completely comfortable during our stay. We were also left wine and treats in the kitchen which was lovely. The property is right next door to Nice-Ville train station where we took day trips to Monaco and Cannes, and in central Nice surrounded by shops, beautiful restaurants and a 15 minute walk through the centre to the beach, absolutely stunning.
