The accommodation was clean, tidy and well maintained with all the necessary amenities. The location was good with several good restaurants and small shops nearby. Fernado was helpful, friendly and caring throughout the entire stay.

The apartment is very well located for public transport, shopping, and exploring Nice itself. It's very close to the main train station, allowing you to easily travel to other regions of the French Riviera by train. The proximity to Lidl, Carrefour, and other small supermarkets is a plus, not to mention enjoying a fresh baguette in the morning from the bakery just a minute away.

The apartment is in great condition, very complete, attention by the host is a 10/10. There is complete silence in the apartment, even from the neighbours. The parking is excellent too.

The flat was reasonably furnished, equipped with washing machine, fridge, electric stove, kettle, coffee machine. Host was helpful in getting the shower unclogged after our complaint on the first day by the 2nd day it was fixed. Nice touch from the host who also left us some madeleines and juice.

“Don’t go there, it was a bad experience”

We had a very bad experience with this place. We stayed one night with the family and had to pay 300 euros deposit. When we left the owner thanked us for the impeccable way we left the appartement, but then he accused us of damaging a door (which we did not do!) and kept the deposit. A lot of negative energy and frustration to try to get the deposit back. Not recommended!

The washing machine and dryer were a huge help during our long journey. We also loved having free access to a private parking space nearby.

Good location and had everything we needed for our three night stay. We were able to go to most attractions on foot and for those further afield there were good transport links. Fernando was quick to respond to messages and provided some helpful info.

“Cosy and clean apartment”

This apartment was so cosy! The property had everything me and my kids needed. Fernando our host was ace, he contacted us all the time to make sure we were ok. You can walk to the beach in about 20minutes. I am definitely going to back there again. it was clean and really well looked after, Amazing host

We had a great stay! The location was perfect, with easy access to everything we needed. The property had all the facilities and amenities, including thoughtful touches like coffee, tea, and toiletries. It was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The hosts were so helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home.

Overall our best place to stay in the trip. - The house is really nice, clean and well-equipped. - Good coffee and madeleine cakes for breakfast. - 2 comfortable beds, great for group of 3. Washing machine is a bonus. - Easy to get and return keys.

Very clean apartment and its located at a good central place in the city. Fernando also informed us very well before and during our stay. The free secured parking garage spot was close to the apartment and easy to reach. Thank you!! We look forward to our next stay in Nice. Its a beautiful town with a lot of beautiful spots and enough to do all day and evening. Its also very quiet at night. The neighbours below next to the apartment were very kind and helpfull too.

Everything! Location: The apartment is located in a quiet area, near public transport, shops and Russian Cathetral whici is impressive and worth to visit. The center of the town and the beach are reachable in 10 minutes walk. Also, near apartment (5 min walk) you find Boulangerie Pâtisserie Traiteur "l'Impériale bio Nice” where we had breakfast every morning. I highly reccommend it, the pastry is fresh and delicious. Apartment: Fernando’s apartment is very spacious, the kitchen is fully equipped, the mattress is incredible comfortable, we’ve never slept so well! Fernando: He is a very nice guy, he gave us all the information we needed about location, parking spot which was very useful to park our rent car in a safe place and also about what to do in the area. Also, we found juices in the fridge, coffee and muffins which was very appreciated. Definitely, we will come back at Fernando’s place which made our visit at Nice even greater.
