Good value for money, you can use drinking water from water machine on the reception ( no need to pay), the breakfast was correct ( not to much choice, but you have fresh orange juice, a few kind of chease, cereals and boliled eggs ( no omelette)...very good for 3 stars...

Great location, near the railway station and short walk to the beach. Room was spacious, comfortable, clean and very quiet. Lovely to have a little balcony. Good breakfast. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would certainly stay again.

“We have stayed here for about five or six times while visiting Nice. It ticks all the boxes for us.”
Good breakfast. Free water refills. Free Popcorn. Clean, comfortable room. Good shower room. Good maid service. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location - short walk to Train Station.

Modern and clean. Good breakfast. Good location allowing easy walking to all the areas of interest and to the railway station. The staff were excellent. Helpful and friendly. Good size rooms.

“Great location to explore Nice and surrounds”
Location (very close to Nice Ville train station and 10mins easy walk to beach and old town), good size room, availability of cold filtered water and coffee and tea all day, good selection for continental breakfast with outside courtyard available. Staff were helpful.
