Great location — the train station is only a 5-minute walk away. Really good breakfast. You can enjoy coffee and a croissant any time during the day ☺️ Nice apartment. Very welcoming staff.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The hotel is conveniently located just 3 minutes from the L1 tram line and about 6 minutes from the train station. There are plenty of facilities nearby, including a supermarket, cafés, a pharmacy, and restaurants. The accommodation itself was good, although the rooms are quite small,typical for France. Initially, I was given an attic room without a big window, but after requesting a change, the reception staff were very helpful and quickly resolved the issue. The breakfast was excellent and I highly recommend it. It offers everything you might need: bread, butter, eggs, cold cuts, fruit, plus some great extras,coffee, lemonade, and croissants available throughout the day. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

“Excellent stay in Nice”
Lovely clean hotel in a great location. All the staff I encountered were friendly, helpful and polite. Access to daily pastries and hot drinks was excellent. I also loved the morning newspaper sheets that were varied according to country. Nice touch leaving a card and treats in the room on arrival. Thoroughly recommend this hotel for its location, easy to walk to most sites, train station, trams, main square, promenade and shopping area. Bathroom was cleaned everyday with fresh towels.
