Close to airport, easy access. Our flight arrived to terminal 2. From there we took the free tram to Terminal 1. From there it's a short walk to the hotel. Room was small but nice. Breakfast was good with all basics. To continue the trip from hotel by train is very easy: the train station is very close. If all you need is a room to stay and breakfast in the morning, why choose some more expencive alternative.

The property is really close to the airport and the train and tram station are 5min away from the hotel. The staff were extremely nice, especially the guy that works night shifts, he made our trip so much better and fun and he always tried to solve every problem that we had :

I am giving this hotel 5 stars for the following reasons. I think that when you normalize your expectations (price versus what you get) this hotel is actually very appealing. It is very close to Terminal 1 - 10 mins walk. It is close to some restaurants, and about 10mins walk from Carrefour city. The room was as expected, a bit small but super functional. Everything was clean. Quite and private. Easy get in get out. The bed was comfortable. AC was great. Hot water as needed. I also purchased breakfast at 9 Euros which was absolutely worth it. Hot drinks and juices, Boulangerie, some cheese, yogurts, cereals, boiled eggs. I'll definately come again.
