“Lovely small hotel”

A lovely, small and friendly hotel in predominantly ‘local’ area, with plenty of restaurants and facilities around. This includes a tram stop which means you can get downtown very quickly. Also the breakfasts were fabulous.

The director Son was very very kind and gentle. He helped us with the car, was very welcoming at any moment. The room was SUPERCLEAN and bed was comfortable. Bathroom clean and the shower perfectly functioning. The location is pure nature, villa is amazing and also they have a very nice breakfast in the cozy garden. We would definitely come back here if we had to come to Nice again.

A very nice villa with several rooms. Friendly and sweet staff. We really liked it. Private parking, a wonderful garden where you can drink tea or have breakfast, we highly recommend it.

We have chosen Villa Rose for the garden shown in the pictures, but we were amazed to find more than just a garden ! It was pure Paradise! Having breakfast there, or laying in the sun, or a night talk - pure delight ! Rooms are not large, but all the comfort you might need - tidy, very clean (daily), modern, colorful, warm, tea/coffee. Few steps away are a small supermarket and few bars/terraces .It takes you 20 min walk to easily reach Promenade des Anglais or you may take a tram, 2 min away from the villa. Son, was there to greet us, welcomed all 4 of us, guided us all the way - his care and kind words stayed with us and we admired his true hospitality! Our stay was a wonderful one - thank you.

Villa Rosa is a perfect small hotel, where the hosts are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Everything is done to a very high standard, and it’s a place I will recommend to others , and stay at again myself. This was my third visit, and I certainly hope to return. It’s ideally situated with easy access to local transport. The trams are great, and get you to the airport within an hour.

Lovely hotel in Nice, very warm and friendly welcome. Great parking, and storage of our bikes. Hotel was spotlessly clean . We walked to the Promenade des Anglias in about 30 minutes, excellent location.

Wonderful staff – it was a pleasure to talk to them on various occasions. Very helpful. Delicious, excellent breakfasts served in the garden. The garden – small but charming – is perfect for an evening sit-down with a glass of wine.

Location is amazing, nearest tram stop just up the road, 10 minutes into Nice. Hotel is lovely, breakfast excellent. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

“A little paradise in Nice”

Everything was perfect!! Beautiful neighbourhood with lots of nice cafes and restaurants, easy access to town, lovely attentive staff that gave a really personal feel, beautiful private garden (no one can access the garden or property unless they have the code to the gate, nice and private) beautiful room and decor, extremely clean, comfortable beds. I will 100% be back
