Private parking was good and safe. Very close to a tram stop and can travel all around by public transport. Was clean and tidy.

Small hotel with onside parking, about 20 minutes north of Nice. Close to stadium, restaurants and bars. Also very close to tram Station which takes you into the city. Very small room but clean and comfortable bed.

“Comfortable stay with great value for money”
We were absolutely satisfied with our choice, I can hardly imagine better value for money! The room was big enough with sufficient storage, comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Breakfast exceeded our expectations, and we also had dinner in the restaurant twice which was great. The stuff was always nice and helpful, and we really had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. I think many people give low rating because of the location, since it's not central, but we loved how easy it was to move around with a tram stop just 1-2 minutes walk, and train station connecting other spots on the riviera only 20 minutes away. It made our trips to Menton and Monaco super easy. Also, the airport is not far. If we're ever visiting Nice again, this hotel would be my obvious choice!
