“Perfect location but too expensive.”
Staff and breakfast very good. Our room was on two floors and the stair up to the second bed very narrow. It was clean apart from the furniture being a bit shabby. Reminded us of the tiny "Parisien" hotelrooms in Paris years ago. Perfect location. Free water and coffee in the lobby.

“Lovely short break in Nice and good value for money.”
Excellent location. Close to shops and a short walk to the beach / promenade. Also, close to public transport e.g. trams. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
