The room was not clean and the towels provided were dirty. Although the receptionist was kind enough to replace them, the new towels were also dirty. The property manager keeps a large dog inside the building and frequently shouts at it. It appeared that the towels may have been stored in the same area as the dog, as they were covered with dog hair. After our stay, we developed a fungal infection, which we believe may be related to the poor hygiene standards at this property.

“Not good experience”
Nothing the room doesn’t look like in pictures but the staff was great. The moment I complained she helped me to cancel the stay and clearly told me I need to feel comfortable and till I could find another hotel she helped me to stay .
