Great stay, very close to the central train station! Could walk everywhere and was a clean and cute property with useful amenities such as a coffee maker, hairdryer and beach umbrella. The host was also very nice and active to respond. Would definitely recommend!

Liberation neighbourhood is very nice The apartment had everything we needed and is close to everything, only 10 minutes walk to old Nice. You can walk to the Matisse museum

The apartment inside was cute and nicely decorated. Bed and bunkbed were big and comfortable, check in was smooth.

It looks exactly like on pictures. Everything was clean, the shower and the toilet were clean, that’s a plus point for us. They have an amazing funny speaker 😄 Loved it. The location was very centre and it can get you anywhere pretty convenient. The host replies fast enough, loved it!

Well-located with good access to all types of transportation, including the train station and a supermarket. Super well-equipped, one of the best-equipped apartments I’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen is fully stocked, and it includes beach items and an umbrella, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, a wardrobe with hangers, a grocery bag, air conditioning, a TV with Netflix, and a good shower. Despite some comments about the elevator, it was very manageable. Even though it's old, we had no issues with it (the apartment is on the fifth floor).

This apartment has absolutely everything you need, from kitchen to bathroom. Location is very central, and only few mins away from the central station where you can take a train and visit nearby places. Most of the beaches not far away either. Every corner of the place was super clean! Also, no street/traffic noise, therefore, nothing to be disturbed by. Check-in and communication with the host went smoothly. All in all 10/10, and big recommendation!

Cosy and well furnished apartment with everything we needed for a week long stay. The kitchen is small but workable and had all the pots, pans and utensils required. There was plenty of cutlery and dishes to use and even some essentials were left for us to use. The cold bottles of water left in the fridge were very welcome upon arrival. In the bathroom, there were also some essentials like shower gel and shampoo along with a couple of bath and hand towels. The bathroom is compact but again has everything you could need. The living area and bedroom were also well equipped. WiFi was pretty good whilst we stayed and the large wardrobe (not previously pictured) had ample storage for both of our clothes for the week. There is a small extendable drier out of the window which can be used to dry some clothes. Although there isn't a washing machine in the apartment, there are a few laundromat's near by which we made use of. Air conditioning was very welcome on the hot days when we came back from our travels. Check in and out was simple and just involed us opening and locking the apartment key in a key safe located outside of the building. The hosts emailed through Booking.com with any communication and were easily contacted. The location worked out well for us, it is only around a 10min walk to the nearest Tram stop of Gare Theirs and from there you can get around the city very easily on the tram system. Equally, the main Nice Ville Station is beside this stop from which you can get the train to Cannes or Monaco very easily.

“Great place for exploring Nice”

The apartment is beautiful and decorated in a stylish manner. It is located in the uppermost floor of a historical house, and has A/C (which we appreciated during hot summer weather). During our stay it was very peaceful and quiet, we didn't hear anything of neighbours, traffic etc. Great location close to the train station, shops etc. Check-in and check-out were very convenient and flexible, and Christine kindly let us to leave our extra luggage for a few extra hours to the apartment before our flight. Merci Christine!
