We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in the heart of Old Town Nice. The location was perfect. Close to the sea, restaurants, cafés, public transport, and everything you need to enjoy the city. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a very charming atmosphere. Elena & Jack were wonderful hosts: friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Nice!

Our hosts, Elna and Jack went above and beyond to make us welcome. Communication was easy and Elna made sure to meet us outside the apartment despite the late arrival time due to flights. The apartment is a home from home and was equipped with all you could possibly need for a short, city break. It's within easy walking distance to the attractions around the old town and the promenade, which is absolutely stunning. We really enjoyed Nice and Elena and Jack made our visit feel more like a family one. Big thanks to both of them. Hopefully, we'll return again soon and stay here again.

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful and authentic apartment in the heart of Old Town Nice. The charm of the building and its historic character made our visit feel truly special, and the location could not have been more perfect – everything was right at our doorstep. Elena went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, with excellent communication throughout and such a warm, friendly manner. She even surprised us each with a thoughtful gift to remember our stay, and the bottle of wine was very much appreciated and enjoyed!

Very friendly hosts. Everytime reachable. Apartment was exactly like in the description. On the last day we received a gift from Jack. He is super nice and relaxed. Also there was a "welcome" wine prepared for us. It was fantastic.

In the centre of old town with everything at your doorstep, food, beach, bars, historical park and ice creams! Host was excellent and very helpful. Very cosy accommodation with air con, which was s blessing in summer.

Elena was a lovely host who went out of her way to be helpful. The house was clean and full of interest, from the board games and beach furniture to the numerous tourist leaflets and house instructions. The air conditioning was very useful!

“Charm and hospitality in Old Town”

Jack and his associate Helena were superb. They greeted us with a warmth and welcome that was second to none. The apartment had unique charm and character. It felt like a home. It was clean, convenient and charming. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The location was very convenient.

The location of the apartment is perfect, near Place Rosetti (with great breakfast and ice cream), near the beach and the Colline du Château. The beds were very comfy and we were so glad to have two separate rooms. The furniture is from Jack's grand dad and it feels a bit like in an history museum. We knew what to expect so that was just fine.
