The only thing I would mention really as everything was perfect would be the smell in the bathroom. It either smells of damp or sewerage. It was very clean however just had a slight smell to it.

Very lovely apartment, 20 min walk from Nice-Ville train station, trams are available too if needed! Supermarket and restaurants within short walking distance! Access was easy as clear instructions were given! I would happily stay again in the future!

“Great apartment with fantastic host and location”
Excellent communication from host. Very nice little apartment with a comfortable fold out couch, small kitchen, washing machine and clean bathroom. Also great location, just a few minutes walk to the tram station. We had a very good nights sleep every night as it was in a quiet location and the black out blind was great!
