Central location in the old city. After climbing 122 steps you are rewarded with nearly 360' rooftop views of Nice from windows and small balconies. Private apartment with lots of decorative items. Very helpful host.

“Nice apartment over the roofs of Nice”
The view was amazing! The position of the apartment is great and the apartment is nicely flooded with light. Air con was also great at this very hot time of the year.

Very cluttered with a lot of owner’s personal gear - with minimal hanging/storage space left for renters. 5 floors (over 110steps) up with no elevator. Has a balcony with nice view of water but deck surface unstable and lots of clutter. Some work is apparently being done in the building and many steps are covered in masking plastic and taped on - a danger This apartment is very much a construction in process in a less than desirable state for guests & obviously frequently occupied by an owner. Not very suitable for renting out.

The location is amazing, matched with the gorgeous view. I had several moments of aw, including one where the plane show, flew right over (related to tour de France) :)
