Location is perfect, walking distance to the beach and a lot of good restaurants nearby. Also very close to the tram station. The apartment is exceptionally clean. It's compact but with everything you need.

“Perfect stay in Nice old town”
Perfect stay in Nice, perfect location right on the edge of old town so you can walk everywhere. The apartment was super comfortable and had everything needed to feel at home! Good supplies in the kitchen to do some cooking and lots of products in the bathroom etc were well stocked. Building was very quiet and felt very safe.

We had a pleasant stay for 6 nights. Very easy check in process thanks to excellent instructions from the host. Apartment is modern and very clean upon our arrival. Perfect location in the old town and apartment is quiet thanks to the location in the building and to the window towards back yard. The bed is comfortable and the sofa bed is less comfortable but that is expected from a combined sofa bed. Bathroom is large and comfortable with a modern washing machine. I would happily rent this apartment again.

Everything about this property was amazing. Perfect location so close to many restaurants and the beach/promenade as well. Aircon was good which was needed because of how hot it was while there. Very cosy indeed and felt like a nice change going from hotels to this property. Felt right at home. Will stay here again the next time we come to Nice!

“Highly recommend this unit and would love to revisit Nice and stay there again!”
All the little touches, like tissues! No one ever has a box of tissues available. Also, lots of toilet paper, toothpaste, soap, etc Superb location, right at the tram #1 and just the edge of the old town. The unit faces an interior court, so is very quiet, a big bonus considering how busy the street is. Also, when I had issue with accessing the keys the host was very prompt in sorting me out, which after a day of travel was very much appreciated. It was basically my error, not having seen a lockbox exactly like that previously.
