“Perfect place for a stay in Nice”

I would like to thank Martine and Noel for our beautiful time in Nice, we couldn't have hoped for a better accommodation. The apartment is perfect, clean, well equipped, you can find there everything you need. The owners are very nice and the communication with them was straightforward and easy. The view is beautiful too, you can enjoy the view of the sea or you can watch the planes taking off the airport all day. We arrived by car, so we appreciated the private parking place under the residence. We stayed there for the Monaco GP and we travelled to Monaco by train almost every day. The bus stop is located about 350m from the residence and going around by public transport was quite easy. We didn't have a chance to use the swimming pool, but it was available for us and I am sure we'll definitely try it during our next visit!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment, set in a peaceful location with stunning sea views. Mornings on the terrace with a cup of coffee, overlooking the water, were truly a highlight. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and tastefully decorated - everything we needed was there. Our hosts, Martine and Noël were fantastic: incredibly welcoming, responsive and thoughtful. They greeted us with lovely gifts for everyone, including a delicious bottle of rosé, and took the time to explain all the best places to visit along the coast and how to get there. It was such a special experience, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

We had an amazing stay at these apartments! They were spacious, spotless, and beautifully furnished with thoughtful details like elegant vases, artwork, and quality dishes and glassware that made us feel right at home. The kitchen had a large fridge, and everything was well-stocked for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic—just a 5-minute walk to a supermarket and a bakery where we picked up fresh croissants daily. The view from the window over the azure sea was absolutely breathtaking, and we loved relaxing on the balcony with a table perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Although close to the promenade, the apartment is perched on a hill, giving it a peaceful vibe with no city noise. The owners of the place are very friendly and helpful people ! We felt at home to be honest . Highly recommend it!

It was a pleasure to stay in this apartment which was immaculately clean, spacious for two people, very well equipped for a stay of a few days and in a good quiet residential location not far from the sea, the public bus and tram system. The pool was a very welcome added bonus as were the views from the balconies. We didn’t use the parking space but if we return and hire a car for our next visit it would be a very positive facility. The accommodation added to the enjoyment of our whole trip.

Martine and Noel are so friendly and kind. The apartment is very comfort and quiet because it is in a private area. The space of the apartment is quite large and you can see the airplane departures, also the Nice sea at the balcony. It’s a good place to having a breakfast there. There’s a parking lot for guests, so it will be very convenient if you have a rental car during the trip. Supermarket is only within 10 minutes on foot. And also a gas station nearby. It will be a good choice if you need to return your rental car before heading to the airport.

Apparently, Martine and Noel enjoy welcoming their guests. The flat is well equiped, you have everything you need. The hosts even gave us gifts among which there was an amazing wine. We were lucky with the weather and could admire a spectacular view from the apartment. The parking place is a big advantage, though we didn't use our car because Nice has got a good commute, it was important for us not to care about the parking there. The apartment itself is located in a nice living complex with a pool and pines in the territory. There is a nice boulangerie nearby, Carrrefour Express and a bus stop. Highy recommend!

The apartment is wonderful, with all the conditions exceeding our expectations. The view from the apartment is superb. There are no words for Noel and Martine who are super friendly, helpful hosts and made us feel at home. We recommend it and looking forward to returning soon.

It was a first time for me that the property exceeded my expectation. Everything was really perfect, beautiful apartment with nice sea view, modern and cosy furniture, parking place in garage, very friendly hosts, calm neighborhood with big private pool and nice bar/restaurant, and many other small things that we liked

Very quiet , security on site and public transport was good.The owner was really nice and the apartment was spotless. All the appliances were modern, loved the Nespresso coffee maker and the supermarket was close by. There is a restaurant on site which serves really good food and all the staff were really nice.
