The cleanliness of the apartment. The facilities were very good. The only minor issue we had was that the sofa seats were a little too deep making it necessary to use cushions for good back support. Giovanni's thorough explanation of how to find the right apartment, his use of photographs to highlight specific details of getting into the apartment were very clear and much appreciated.

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was spacious and super clean. Bed was very comfortable and the room had lots of amenities that made our trip better (washing machine, big comfy couch and tv, air con!!). Also the room was always cool when we returned even without the air con on. It’s in a really secure building which was nice. Walking distance to the old town and lots of great restaurants nearby.

Very close to the beach and an easy walk to the tram station, making it easy to access the old town and other train stations for day trips out of Nice.

Lovely, spotlessly clean, bright apartment in a brilliant location for everything. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for your stay. So near to transport links, shops, restaurants and promenade.

Apartment is in a great location - close to Old Nice and city center. New renovation with a dishwasher, microwave, kettle etc. Everything in excellent condition. Comfortable bed and pillows. Light blocking shutters with curtains. Well outfitted terrace for 2, with fold up table. New heat pumps for heating and cooling. It is serviced by an elevator!

Communication with the owner was fantastic. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The location was perfect - 25 mins tram ride from the airport and a 15 min walk to Vieux Nice. We had an amazing time in Nice and would definitely book this apartment again. My only minor request would be to have the option of softer pillows 😊

I stayed here over the marathon weekend and it was perfect for us. Great location, a stone throw away from the promenade. 15 minute walk from the Old Town. Plenty of shops and places to eat nearby. Apartment was clean, spacious and had all the facilities we needed. Cleaner was very pleasant. Giovanni was very helpful with instructions before our arrival and ensured we had a good stay. I will happily book here again next time we visit Nice.

Central location, close to the beach and dining areas. It had everything you could want went you are travelling and so far from home. Great to go out for Lunch or Dinner, but wonderful that we could heat up food ourselves or make a sandwich.
