“Excellent location but in need of AC upgrade”
Excellent location in the beautiful harbour of Nice. Great public transport options (tram and buses - easy to get from and to the airport). Quite spacious. Full size and nicely equipped kitchen, with dish washer and washing machine. Two TV:s and well functioning WiFi.

“A great base of operations for visiting the French Riviera”
- location: few minutes walk from tram that connects directly to airport as well as all of seaside Nice, few minutes away from train station Nice Riquier (that connects you to sandy beaches at Juan les Pins or Villefranche or Cap d'Ail). Close to the port and lots of nice restaurants, you can do a 20 minute walk to just about any part of old Nice through very picturesque streets. - shops: there's a great brasserie + a boulangerie and a general market (Intermarche) just a couple of minutes walk away. - price: great price - roomy: while the bathroom is cramped and awkwardly designed, the location is very roomy and can accommodate quite a few people. - restful: it's quite despite being close to the street. Since it's a "cave", you won't have trouble resting and even sleeping in (maybe more than you planned). - A/C: there's a powerful A/C unit, which is a life-saver. Close to the port there's a lot of humidity so we ended up using this in dehumidifier mode.
