The location was perfect. The host was super responsible and very flexible. The apartment was very spacious and easily able to accommodate 5 colleagues attending a conference in Nice.

The property owners were very attentive and flexible. Very spacious apartment for family of 6 in central location. In walking distance of old port, old town and Promenade des Anglais. Beside 2 trams. Direct tram from in Airport less than 30 minutes away. Apartment very clean and comfortable.

Fantastic location close to the old town. Great to have a terrace! Plenty of room for us 8 friends. Florence was easy to communicate with and the flat was clean and had most things you need when it comes to kitchen utensils for eating breakfast at home. Very good value for money!

The host was very friendly & accommodating. the location is perfect for exploring Nice Old Town, local attractions and access to public transport. The apartment is large, spacious and has a terrace for al fresco eating & relaxing.

“Spacious and clean”

Beautiful apartment, very spacious. Excellent location, just a short walk into Old Town and then a little further to the beach. Bathrooms and bedrooms were clean. Kitchen was also clean, but there weren't that many supplies (we couldn't find a cutting board). Overall fantastic, modern and clean apartment, great for a big group trip.

Apartment was very clean and the host was exceptionally receptive and flexible. The apartment was in the perfect location for us and had a lovely terrace we could access as well as big windows/doors in every room to have fresh air. Kitchen was fully fitted - I was really surprised and impressed. Photos don't do it justice.

Location is great, very safe and convenient! We traveled in a group of 8 friends, but apartment was spacious enough, comfortable with everything we needed. The terrace is divine and we have spent all the time there.

Nice large flat, very good location with direct access to tram lines to airport as well as center. beach is 10 min walk. the terrace is great.proper kitchen.

The air conditioning was not working and it was very hot when we were there so we had to leave the windows open and it was very noisy, particularly the noise of the tram.

Super friendly and very helpful host, really the best, thanks. Big and spacious apartment, big outside balcony were 10 people can eat breakfast, big bedrooms, wi-fi 100%, huge living room, location is perfect. Would stay here again!

The rooms are spacious and airy. Spotless. All 4 rooms had large very comfortable beds which suited our grown up family. The large bathroom with shower & the additional shower room & separate toilet meant there were no queues to get ready to go out & explore the immediate area. Place Garibaldi 2 minutes away L with its wide range of eating places & shops also had an outdoor photographic exhibition. The lift was great for those of us with slight mobility issues. The outdoor terrace was a cool place to sit. The tram runs in the street below with buses & taxis close to hand. The Old Town & Promenade des Anglais are within comfortable strolling distance. Florence our host was quick to respond to our messages. Journey time by Booking.com’s pre booked return cars were prompt. Journey time to & from airport took less than 30 minutes door to door.

Everything was perfect! The apartment is spacious and great located to visit Nice or the surroundings. It’s really closed to the main atractions and good restaurants. The host was really friendly and she also offered us more time for check out.
