“Great location for the station and not too far from the old town.”

The location was great for the train station and the tram. Plenty of options to eat and drink locally, not too far to walk into the old town for more options. We used the train every day to visit other towns in the area, which made this hotel a good option.

Great central location, friendly staff and a good breakfast. Unfortunately, the rooms are extremely small and some things in the room were broken. We even received a towel with blood stains. Every day we only got one small towel and one large towel for two people, so we constantly had to ask for more. The same with water – only one bottle for two people. If your room faces the street, it can also be quite noisy. Overall, the staff and location are good, but the value for money is poor considering the size of the rooms and the recurring issues with basic amenities.

Beautiful old building with comfortable rooms. Loved my little balcony. Has all the facilities you need. The staff is just so lovely and helpful. Appreciate the small touches like macrons in the room when you arrive. Location is amazing! Walking distance to everything. Will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is situated on Avenue Jean Médecin, you are quite literally in the heart of Nice and you are able to get in walking distance to the beach promenade, parks, historical center etc. The staff is exceptional (thanks, Pauline, Patricia, Ana, Lyna, Zoe!) The breakfast buffet is various and rich (I loved a touch of local products). Plus, the free hot drinks machine in the lobby is a small but much-loved touch. We stayed in standard room which kind a feels "compact" but was comfy, cosy, tidy. (If you value space, it is highly recommended to book a Junior Suite or a Room with a Balcony). If your priority is convenience and connectivity, this is one of the best value-for-money options in Nice. It’s perfect for active tourists who plan to spend their days exploring the Côte d'Azur and want a friendly, central "home base" to return to.

If you want to stay centrally in Nice, close to the shopping streets and within a short distance of the Old Town, this hotel is perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly, and I felt safe from the very beginning. The rooms were clean and nice, and the breakfast was excellent. I highly recommend it.
