“lovely appartement, close everywhere.”
The appartement is very well situated near the park. It is close to the old city and the beach and in walking distance to the everywhere to visit. It is an old hotel building having all the facilities you need for the stay. .The host Marco is very friendly and helpful.

“Totally unacceptable - no air conditioning, not recommended during summer months!!!!”
The host has clearly mentioned the air conditioning in the apartment description. Upon our arrival, we realized that the AC was not a high quality device but a mobile air conditioning connected to the window. First of all it was extremely loud and the capacity was close to zero. We spent 4 nights sleeping in 30-34 Celsius degrees. It was not a holiday but a survival trip thanks to the misleading apartment description. On the top of that the host didn't speak a word in English, so he didn't even understood our problem!!!! Thanks for this low quality service, our stay was a sh.t in Nice. We were two of us but what would have happened if we bring a baby? Booking didn't even try to solve our problem during our stay. We have been waiting for the compensation for more than 6 weeks!!! Use AirBnb if you want to book reliable apartments and get real help from customer service in case of problems....

“Comfortable studio in the center of Nice”
The studio is very well situated just near the park. It is close to the old city and the beach and in walking distance to the train station. It is recently renovated, having all the facilities you need for the stay. Although it does not have a bed, the 2 sofas are comfortable, having their own mattress. The owner, Marc, is very friendly.

Very good location.Nice vue.Restaurants near by. Close to Promenade de Paillon,Place Massena,Marchée Saleya and not far from the beach. Marc is friendly and helpfull. We enjoyed our staying here.

“Great place to stay”
Close to the beach, city, parks, main square. You can reach everything by foot. Nice host, who explained everything when we arrived. Nice view. Supermarket is located close by. Everything was clean.
