The view is stunning and there are several wonderful entertainment areas around the house where you can relax and enjoy looking over the city and to the mountains beyond. A local village shopping center is located a short walk away with a supermarket, restaurants and patisserie. Easy access to the Old Port, Nice Harbor and Monaco.

“A relaxing and memorable stay with breathtaking views and excellent location to explore around Nice”
We recently enjoyed a wonderful stay in a lovely house in Nice. The views over the city were absolutely stunning, taking breakfast each morning and evening wine on the terrace a real highlight. The showers were excellent with plenty of hot water, adding to the comfort of the stay. The homeowner was exceptionally welcoming, meeting us on arrival to hand over the keys, clearly explaining the house’s features, and offering great tips on places to visit in the area. Great location to explore Nice and within short drive of Monaco, Cannes and Italy. A truly memorable and relaxing experience.

The property is absolutely lovely. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The views over Nice are amazing. The owner was very helpful, providing us with lots of restaurant recommendations and things to do around Nice. We had a lovely time and would definitely stay again.

“Stunning Panoramic Villa in Nice”
Our stay at this enchanting villa was an absolute 10 out of 10! The house is stunningly beautiful, incredibly spacious and well-equipped, making it feel like a true home away from home. The cherry on top is the breathtaking garden and outdoor area, perfect for unwinding or savoring meals while taking in the most spectacular view of the city. Moreover, Marco is a phenomenal and kind host, always available to assist with anything you might need and eager to share tips on must-visit spots. We can't wait to return and highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in the French Riviera!

Property was fantastic for a group of adults plus a dog. Good facilities and great location. Not to mention the amazing views and great local shops and restaurant.

really beautiful views - lovely location, Nice was very walkable and a lovely little village even closer. Very good communication with host, brought us out a highchair immediately when needed and provided 2 cots.
