Property was clean and tidy, beds were comfy, the terrace is excellent for relaxing with a glass of wine at the end of a full day of exploring Nice. Kitchen has all the utensils to cook most meals. Coffee machine is Nespresso.. good if you are a coffee snob in a rush. Parking is convenient and well guarded.

100% recommended. Host was really nice. Location is great. The street is private and you have a private parking also. It is really safe. Rooms are big and you have everything you need.

We had an amazing stay at Jean-Pierre’s flat in Nice. The apartment was perfect, spacious, spotless, fully equipped, and air-conditioned. Located in a quiet area with safe off-street parking, it felt both convenient and secure. It’s within walking distance of the promenade, train stations, and shops, making it an ideal base for exploring Nice, Monaco, and Eze. Jean-Pierre was also an excellent host, friendly, communicative, and proactive throughout our stay. He went above and beyond for our toddler, providing toys, a high chair, and even a stroller. It made our stay so much easier and more enjoyable. A truly great place for families. Highly recommended, we’d happily stay here again.

The host is very kind.The apartment has a parking space in the private yard and has a swimming pool, very nice balcony with pool & garden view. Quiet area with lots of greenery. Helpful and friendly welcome and good advice about storing our bikes and information about the area. The apartment is near to the beach, with good transport links to the city and is a beautiful quiet retreat from the city.

Spotless clean and well equipped apartment with an excellent balcony for relaxing. Beds very comfortable and shower was good too. Jean Pierre was extremely helpful pleasant and very welcoming . Apartment and parking were very secure within a gated Community. Bakers and supermarket were within easy walking distance as was the tram and local beach. Would definitely book again if we came back to Nice.

This apartment has everything to offer! From detailed itinerary’s, leaflets, espresso machine, beautiful interiors, huge balcony, really comfy beds and just an all round great base to stay for travelling around nice and the French Riviera! The walk to the tram is only 10 minutes if even, it’s 10 minutes to the beach, there is a bit of a hill on the walk but other than that it’s so handy! The hosts are so so lovely! I couldn’t recommend this apartment more!
