It felt like home. Daniel is probably the kindest, most cheerful and helpful person that you might know. He made everything ready beyond expectations. The house has the perfect view; perfect spot for walking. You can take the tram in front of the house to get to the city center. I'll definitely be back in the summer.

The apartment has beautiful energy and the view is to die for. The beach is right opposite so it is very convenient. Everything you could possibly need Daniel takes care of, he really is a gem. Cannot recommend a better place.

This property is a super find! So convenient for the beach and the location great and next to the tram stop! Apartment absolutely spotless and very cosy! Beautifully recently refurbished bathroom. We did not cook but the kitchen was very well equipped. Very comfy beds and aircon appreciated!

Magnificent apartment so beautiful and spacious with everything you could possibly need from board games to hairdryer. Lovely views across the bay from the front windows and close to bus and tram stops. The owner was the best - very friendly, explained about the apartment facilites and advised on supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and places to visit. Thank you Daniel. Everything was perfect.

Very cozy apartment, just like a home as I expected.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property. It was big, perfectly clean and very comfortable. Restaurants, cafes and a supermarket very close by and the tram right outside. Carpark is only a few minutes walk away and easy to navigate. The view was stunning! Our teenagers loved being able to walk across the road to the beach. It had absolutely everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Daniel the host was exceptional. He met us on arrival and as we left, his communication was excellent and he had lots of very helpful advice. Thank you Daniel, we would love to visit again.

This is a very cozy seaside apartment that fulfills all the fantasies my friends and I had about Nice. The location of the accommodation is very good, although it is not the centre of Nice, but it is right next to the tram stop, right between the city and the airport, and it is easy to get anywhere. The house is very clean and has a French feel. Daniel was very enthusiastic to introduce us to the entertainment in Nice, and the restaurants he recommended were also popular among locals. I will book this lovely apartment again next time I come to Nice. You must not miss this sweet little home.
