“October in Nice”

The flat was modern, clean, cosy and well-equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Safe access to the entire building is granted with two keys. The balcony provides a fantastic view of the city and the surrounding hills, which is particularly impressive at night. The location is excellent, with easy access to the tram stop, main avenues. There is a good variety of supermarkets in the vicinity. The city centre and the Promenade des Anglais are both within a 30-minute walk. The owner was extremely kind and welcomed us warmly, even coming to say goodbye on the day of our departure. This flat is well-suited for a pleasant stay in a lively neighbourhood of Nice.

The landlady Nathasha was very helpful and kind. We also liked the location. The property has a nice balcony. And perfect fresh veg and fruit market just down the road! Market was there almost every day!

It was a self catering studio, so we cooked our own breakfast every morning whilst we're there for 8 nights. Within a five minute walk from the apartment there two supermarkets, one main French brand and an Aldi.

This studio was the perfect place from which to explore Nice and the surrounding areas. Not a huge studio, but a decent size for 1-2 people. The area was quiet, safe and pleasant, and the centre of Nice was within easy reach. Natacha was a lovely host, and I knew she easily contactable should there have been any issues (there weren't). The flat is well equipped with a little kitchen area and a big shower room with toiletries and towels. The balcony was a lovely bonus, and overall this place was very comfortable and convenient - recommended.

5 mins walk to tram, 15 mins walk to Train station, 30 mins walk to beach. Lots of local good value bars and restraunts. Very pleasant staff. Would not hesitate to recommend. Loads of local supermarkets and shops especially the boulangerie.

The host was friendly and was quick to resolve some minor issues that we've had at the beginning of our stay. The apartment is clean, offers necessary utensils and even basic condiments for cooking. It is conveniently located with a few supermarkets nearby. The train station is reachable by foot in about 12 minutes. Only remark is that we would've benefited from a larger bed.

Everything about this property was amazing. It was the right size with simple finishes. Loved the balcony and the table and chairs on the balcony. Best location and easy access to public transport

great apartment near the main train station, old town is but further but tram station is close by, bright and clean, spacious bathroom, kitchen equipment very basic but enough for breakfast or small dishes, nice balcony view we enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely choose this place again!

The main problem is that although in the description it is stated that there is an aircondition despite the heat they just provided A FAN INSTEAD! UNACCEPTABLE!

Modern, safe, clean, well situated.

The apartment is new and clean. Situated in a nice neighborhood, very close to the train station and the tram stop and to the main commercial Street of the city. The bed is very comfortable.
