“Excellent location clean and well equipped.”
Staff communicated well and met us at the apartment on time. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and the location was excellent, close to the harbour and the old town just a short walk. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in beautiful Nice.

“Superb apartment in a great location - would definitely recommend!”
Superb apartment in a great location. Easy to walk to the beach and the old town, plus the transport connections to/from the airport and elsewhere were great. Nice and quiet, especially given it was in such a vibrant area. Excellent air con in the bedroom and main living area (definitely needed).

“only for the aforementioned couple of issues the apartment was very good and in a brilliant location”
the 80 euro fee for arriving after 10pm and we had an issue with shower a few nights were we had to have cold showers although the owner did get a plumber in on the Saturday morning to try to fix it.

“Superb apartment, brilliant location, excellent value for money”
A superb apartment near the Vieux Port with plenty of wonderful eateries, places to stroll to, and easy access to the seafront, to Vieux Nice and to Been to Nice four times since 2001 - each time, unlike the s--tshow in the UK, clever investment in public services and amenities have made the city one of the best gems in Europe: for example, a tram is waiting outside the airport to take travellers into the centre of Nice for ... 1 Euro 50! The city is well renovated, with a new park separating Vieux Nice from the more neo-classical part of town. Will definitely return to the city and to the same place: The apartment is well-appointed with all mod cons; the host Pierre/Jairo were extremely helpful and accomodating. Situated on a quiet street, it's two minute walk to Place Garibaldi, also beautifully restored with a number of restaurants and shops. Thank you for everything.
