We loved how close it was to the main tram line, making it just a short ride everywhere and also an easy 25 minute walk down one of the main shopping areas of the city to the beach! The apartment had everything we needed and was like the perfect base spot to come back to after exploring the surrounding areas of Nice and SOF. The proximity to the main train station also made it perfect for day trips!

Patrick is an excellent and friendly host. Communication with him from booking time to check-out time was great with promt reply to our messages each time. He gave us precise directions from the airport to the apartment. He was very helpful with tourist's information and suggestions where to visit etc. Check-out was as smooth as check-in. If we go to Nice again, we would be happy to stay in his apartment again.
