“Great location but several issues affected our experience”
The location is truly excellent, right in the heart of Place Masséna, making it very convenient to explore the city. The apartment itself is spacious and full of natural light, which made it pleasant to stay in. It is on the top floor, and while the stairs are quite tiring, this was clearly stated beforehand. The host, Sebastian, was polite and welcoming, helped us with the luggage, and even left us a bottle of wine, which was a nice gesture.

“Perfect short stay in the center of Nice”
- location: near to everything: supermarket, restaurants, bar, beach, best location in nice! - the apartment is full of sunlight during the day - the facilities: nice kitchen with everything we need, also coffee machine and washing machine - the checkin was easy, we arrived at night and we entered the apartment without any issue

“Great location, spacious apartment but not very clean.”
The location is absolutely great. Right in the centre of the city and very close to the sea. The apartment is not facing a street so it's very quite. Host is responsive when we had questions
