It’s comfortable, pretty colours, sufficient space, great location, close to a tram, the old centre, the park, and mostly very quiet. Sometimes the side street gets some heavy vehicles but this was rare.

Another fantastic stay at Aparthotel AMMI Nice Lafayette. Having stayed here multiple times, I can confidently say the quality and service are always consistent, which is quite rare. The rooms are modern, clean, and very thoughtfully laid out, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchenette is especially useful and makes it feel more like a home than a hotel. What really stands out is the attention to detail and the genuinely warm hospitality from the team—they always make you feel welcome and looked after. For me, this place ticks all the boxes: great location, comfort, and reliability. It’s definitely my first choice every time I visit Nice.

The hotel has a lot of good sides. The staff is friendly and helpful, everything is clean, and you can tell the place has been recently renovated. The location is also very convenient. However, the design is much more aesthetic than practical. The kitchen is very poorly thought out — there is a huge sink but almost no working surface, not even enough space to put a plate. The room is quite dark, with very little natural light and insufficient lighting overall. There is a complete lack of basic convenience for travelers: nowhere to put a suitcase, no hooks in the bathroom, nowhere to hang towels or place toiletries. The trash bin is oddly placed right in the middle of the room, which feels strange. Soundproofing is also an issue, and the bed is not the most comfortable. When I stayed, it was also extremely cold inside. It is also worth mentioning that the hotel actively encourages guests to leave reviews and even offers participation in prize giveaways in exchange for feedback. This may help explain the consistently high ratings across platforms. Conclusion: the place looks beautiful and very “Instagrammable,” but it is not practical or comfortable for an actual stay.

“One of the gems of the French Riviera.!!”
It exceeded our expectations — the staff were incredibly friendly and professional, especially Sebastian, Lile, and the rest of the team. The location is perfect — just minutes away from everything. Such a clean and well maintained hotel. Modern and colorful - perfect fit with Nice atmosphere.
