“Great apartments in a terrific location on the seafront .”
The apartments are in a great location on the seafront with a terrific view. Our apartment was really spacious with a huge balcony . Spotlessly clean with everything needed supplied . Bus and trams nearby and a supermarket ( Carrefour) a couple of minutes away . Tram from the airport stops at the back entrance - Fabron stop .

We had a wonderful stay at Rate Aparthotel Adagio Nice Promenade des Anglais! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect—right on the promenade, close to the beach and local attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. Our whole family enjoyed our time here and we would highly recommend this aparthotel to anyone visiting Nice.

“Great sunny stay over Christmas !”
The sea view from our sitting room and balcony!! 👍👍👍The sunny aspect in our appt, the good heating ( Dec) well equipped kitchen and there s a lift and it s step free except for one step onto the balcony. Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming . We managed to get an appt with walk in shower ( disabled) but you have to contact the reception before booking to get this!! Only having to cross the road to walk along the front to look at the sea. Good location for the bus and tram to the centre and the airport We liked having a proper kitchen and the hotel has a small Carrefour and a fabulous fruit and veg shop just nearby where you can shop easily. Some small restaurants nearby too - we tried the sushi 👍 and there s an Italian cafe close by. We appreciated being near the amazing boulangerie La Boulange on the corner 👍👍👍. You have to try the croissants and pains au chocolat!!! Was practical and easy to stay here with my 91 year old mum

The apartment with sea view was very big and comfy. The sea view from the balcony was the highlight. The staff was very good and supportive. Special thanks to Jerome and his colleagues for being so friendly and helpful.

Big and spacious apartment, amazing sea view. Had everything we needed for our stay. Reception is open 24 hours, staff is always smiling and polite. Breakfast was good.

“Great hotel in a perfect location.”
Great hotel in a perfect location. The apartments are comfortable and spacious. The staff at the reception is extremely nice. The transport connection is perfect, with a tram stop very close by, so it takes no more than 10-15 minutes to get to the city center. It is also very easy and quick to get to the airport or from there to the hotel.
