Good location, near tramway stop. Walking distance to the beach. The room is pretty basic but has everything we needed. Including a kitchenette where we can prepare our meals.

Location - good for transport (easy access to centre by tram or e-bike) and beach, plus good local shops and restaurants Facilities - room had everything we wanted. Easy to self-cater. A salad spinner would have made it perfect!

“Would recommend.”
Very convenient location. Very close to Promenade des Anglais and trams / buses. Comfortable beds and all very pleasant. Ideal for a couple.

“2 star hotel close to sea front and to airport”
For 2 star Hotel the room was very clean, receptionist were very helpful, location is great so close to sea front and to the promenade,close by are the tram to take you to the airport and to the city. City centre is actually 20 minutes walking distance.There is water tank on the ground floor where you can get sparkling and still water for free. We opted out for breakfast which costs 15 euros.

The location is very good, close to the sea and the public transport (three stations to the city center), with lots of shopping options nearby (supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, fast food...) The room was clean and very well furnished. We especially liked the balcony and the coffee machine :)
