We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is perfect – close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, with all the amenities we needed. We especially enjoyed the balcony with a view of an old castle. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Great size apartment. Huge comfy bed in master and bunk beds in 2nd bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, fridge freezer and all you could need for cooking at home, washing machine available. Nice balcony for sunset. Spotlessly clean. Amazing waterfall shower. Quiet location overlooking beautiful gardens. Host was very nice and responsive. There is a garage you can park in but we found space on the street to park our car. Parking spaces are small everywhere in Nice! Location was fantastic, tram stop less than 5minute walk which takes you to Nice centre/old town/ Airport etc. And also only 5min walk to promenade and beach. 45minute walk along the prom to main town if you like walking. Small supermarket less than 5min walk.

The place was very clean and the apartment was well equipped including kitchen utensils and even laundry soap if you need one. Once inside the apartment, you have lovely views of the garden and it was close to the beach and public transport. The owner was very lovely, quick to reply to our question and let us leave our luggage past check out time.

The Host met us at the property and went above and beyond to provide helpful information about transport and eating options. The Apartment was clean, spacious and in a convenient location. A small supermarket and a Tram Station are only a couple of minutes walk from the Property.

One phrase that could describe this accommodation is "the beauty is in the details", the hostess really takes care of every little thing her guests might need (a good vacuum cleaner, a good hair dryer, sharp knives for cooking (this is important if you want to save money on eating out hahaha and not that many flats/houses have good knives as I have noticed), when our pan was not compatible with the induction stove she bought and brought us a new one on the next day, she was always responding to our messages when we had questions). The genuine caring attitude of the hostess about the comfort of her guests makes staying here a wonderful experience The flat is a gem, especially for couples (we were a couple of besties ahaha but still), because it has a huge and soft bed with an exceptional mattress and a spacious shower with a hose that comes from the ceiling, cough cough, very romantic ahaha It also has a kids room so if you are travelling as a group of friends you can also fit your 2 shorter friends there if needed ahhaha The flat is also close (like 5-10 mins walk) to a tram/bus station that makes it convenient to get around and it is also very close to a beach with beautiful azure coloured water, a grocery shop is also like 3-5 minutes away Just be aware that to get to or from the apartment you will have to walk a little from/to the gates so if you have a bus/tram to catch make sure to leave the flat in advance to make it

We stayed in Irina's apartment for 8 weeks. It is the third time we have spent a long winter break in Nice. Previously we have stayed more centrally. Fabron is more of a residential area, but so well connected by the tramway to both the city and the transport hubs at Parc Phoenix and Grand Arenas. It is about 35 minutes walk to the old town and around an hour to the port. The apartment is in a complex - Grand Cèdres - which is built in the grounds of a former grand residence - Villa Les Palmiers. The building is still there and houses the municipal archives. The apartment overlooks the beautiful gardens. The apartment was perfect for our needs. Spotlessly clean, comfortable and very well equipped. All of the appliances are new and of a high specification. Irina left a very good supply of consumables such as toilet roll, kitchen roll, laundry and dishwasher capsules and cleaning products. Irina was a great host. She welcomed us on arrival and was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall we would have no hesitation in recommending.
