“Excellent venue in central location”
The cleanliness of the property and the location is excellent. The air conditioning is ice cold and is opposite a small supermarket and lots of local restaurants and bars. Honestly couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Nice

Nicely located apartment next to Promene des Anglais with two exits, one to Promenes des Anglais and second to Rue France. Plenty of room in apartment for a family of 5. Apartment has windows on both side of house and two balcons, one on each side of the house.

Excellent location for easy access to restaurants, bars and for sightseeing. Apartment exceptionally well kept and all facilities needed for a great stay. Host Jeff for meet and greet was outstanding. Would highly recommend a stay.

Location is fantastic. Jeff was super helpful to find parking for our VW van which was too high for the garage next door. We visited with three little children and it worked out great!
