The apartment is gorgeous, lovely decor with all amenities in a great location. It’s right in the heart of the old town and you can hear music and voices drifting up during the day but it’s quiet at night.

The apartment was fantastic, it's tastefully decorated and located right in the centre of Nice old town amongst streets filled with shops and local restaurants. The communication between the host and key holder was brilliant and so smooth. We had no issues with noise as mentioned by previous guests. Would highly recommend this property and we would love to stay again if we return to Nice.

Fantastic location. Literally right in the middle of Nice. Beautiful apartment with everything you need. We loved walking around the streets especially in the morning before it got busy. Recommend getting beach shoes, the pebbles at the beach are rather painful!

In town centre, decor in keeping with surroundings, rooms all good size and host helpful, friendly and accommodating. Walking distance to everything including public transport.

The location is very convenient, the house is very clean, the landlord is very nice, and gave us a bottle of wine. We are very satisfied.

The apartment was enough for my family (3 adults and 2 kids). The rooms weren’t too big but enough for us. The apartment had everything we needed and more. When you arrive you are given a complimentary wine. It is equipped with everything I needed for cooking because I had kids that needed home cooked meals, everything was up to per. The bathroom is small but okay just a little heads up for people who are used to having bidet, there isn’t a bidet. The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows and the sheets were clean and they provided plenty of towels. The living room was nice and cozy, the Tv can be upgraded as it was old and barely worked and it didn’t have netflix or anything. The location was the best part about this place, we were near pretty much everything from markets, restaurants, paid parking, shops to a very nice playground for the kids to play. Not to mention the long walk beside the beach. Honestly overall due to the location I would recommend this place 1000%. Just be mindful the apartment is on the 3rd floor (was not a problem for us) but just FYI. The host was very lovely, she was always available and very accommodating, she was also kind enough to let us check out later than 10:00am. We left the apartment at 13:00pm.
