“Not much to it, check your charges before you leave.”
Convenient location to the main strip in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Free parking. Standard hotel feel, not fully accessible. There is some accessibility but not conveniently.

Our room was fantastic. Staff at front desk and in the restaurant were absolutely incredible. The building is well maintained and very nice. Location is fantastic (to walk into Niagara On the Lake, as well as day trips to wineries or Niagara Falls. We ate dinner at the restaurant, and the meal was spectacular.

Very welcoming staff. Room was super nice and clean. Stepped out of the room to ho explore the town and came back to find all towels changed and a fresh tose on the bed. AMAZING

I think it would be better to provide actual coffee in a coffee maker for the guests, as opposed to espresso.

“A lovely stay in a beautiful hotel”
The breakfast and service was wonderful. The room was clean and well maintained. The pretty Rose's handed out were a lovely touch. The staff were kind and well informed, polite, and professional.

The staff was great. Having the car shuttle was really nice to have. The hotel tub was great. Beds were super comfy, same with the pillows.
