Breakfast was excellent. Couldn’t ask for a better location we lunched at the golf course which was a few blocks to the water. The main shopping area was just a couple blocks in the opposite direction. A lovely courtyard and a nice gazebo area to share a glass of wine. The host was a very personable and gracious man

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again if we return to NOTL.”
The breakfast, although served as a takeout meal, was very good. Healthy choices were tastefully presented. The location was superb - just steps away from Queen Street and many attractions, including the King George Theatre. The garden in the back is lovely.

I loved that breakfast was packaged up beautifully and left outside our door. You could take it outside if you choose to and enjoy in the beautiful gardens. Was more food than I could eat!

The Old Ivy Walk was perfectly located at walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Free parking was a plus! Short drive to all wonderful vineyards as well. It was very clean, comfortable and breakfast was great

The Old Ivy Walk was delightful. Philip was the ultimate host. The food was delicious and his service was impeccable. You cannot beat the location or the local appeal. A true gem of a B&B and a perfect place for a day or two in NOTL. Highly recommend.

“Fabulous Stay!”
We had a fabulous stay at the Old Ivy Walk in May this year. The owner, Philip, greeted us on arrival, his welcome was an indication of the warm hospitality we would be receiving. Our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The house is set in beautiful grounds, the greenery and the birds were a calming effect after a busy “tourist” day. The location is super convenient (walking distance to everything), and the easy onsite parking was helpful. We enjoyed our breakfasts each morning of our stay, a testament to Philip’s culinary skills. We have been recommending The Old Ivy Walk and hope to be back again. Thank you Philip for helping us celebrate our milestone wedding anniversary, we will always remember our stay!

Breakfast was amazing. There was something new each day. Always had a hot and cold meal. The food was available on time and put into a beautiful box that you could take it to go if you had to travel or take it out to the covered patio and eat outside. There was always a surprise snack in the box which was really nice.
