We got a free upgrade to a deluxe king suite and it was amazing. The bed was great and the bathroom was large and the whole room was well appointed. The highlight was the incredible views of the Falls and the night lights and fireworks. We will never forget our stay here.

The views, oh my god, you have to experience this view at least one time in your life. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The bed was pretty amazing

The hotel itself was amazing, and the view of Niagara Falls was fantastic. I would especially like to thank the night shift staff member who helped me when I arrived. I had a UK charger adapter, which is different from the Canadian socket, and he kindly provided a charger for me. His help was greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, my experience with the morning staff member (around 7:00–8:00 AM) was disappointing. When I asked for help with a charger, he refused and made me feel uncomfortable, as if I was asking for something unreasonable. Because of this, I missed an important meeting since the nearby shops were still closed and I could not charge my phone. Apart from that incident, the rest of the staff and the hotel were fantastic. That is why I am giving 3 stars instead of a higher rating.
