Garbage cans not emptied. Garbage that I left 1 week prior still in Garbage can. I stayed in the exact same room. Makes me wonder how clean the room is.

“Excellent Hotel to stay Alone or family. Highly recommended because of comfort and cleanliness”
Very comfortable, clean and big rooms. Toilet was cleaned. Reception staff was very cooperative. You will get the breakfast coupon and take the breakfast near the hotel without any extra cost and this is for all hotel guests. Hotel is organized very well. Internet was fast.

I didn’t even stay there I’m waiting for a refund.i took pictures of insects inside the room the toilet was wet there deserve holes in the wall covered by tissue I find also nasty stuff behind the dresser it is disgusting.

“Met our hockey tournament accommodation needs.”
Quiet. Comfortable. Pet friendly. Staff were very friendly and eager to help. Shower was the only updated amenity. Fridge, AC and the tv all worked fine. Short drive to the falls and all attractions and walkable if your fit, about 4km. Outlet mall within walking distance. Lots of restaurants close by. Didn't try the little restaurant or have breakfast on the premises. A little overpriced for what you get, but we were satisfied. $30 per night pet charge. I agree with it but should be refunded if your pet leaves no trace or damages. If your good with no frills 2 star accommodations it's OK. Overall we have no real complaints.
