“Perfect end to our Canada touring holiday”
Lovely hotel. Fabulous location with exceptional views of the falls. Hotel rooms were lovely and all staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would not hesitate to stay there again or recommend it to friends and family.

I am disappointed that we were charged 100 dollars extra without being in informed at the time of booking or at the time.of check-in at the hotel. The room was explicitly booked for 4 adults and a 2 year old toddler and we paid accordingly. When I called the hotel to check on the $100 extra charge, all I got was a verbal apology. I am very disappointed with this experience.

“Beautiful views. Expect to pay more than what Bookings says.”
The view from our room was amazing, couldn't ask for better. Being able to open the outside door and listen to the sound of the falls was so peaceful, I didn't want to leave. When the falls were lit up and fireworks were going, it was the best view from the 14th floor. The spa and indoor pool was literally right next door which was very convenient though we didn't have time to use them with everything we had planned. Hotel has just about everything you could want, it attaches to the casino, Waterpark, hard rock café, arcade, distillery, brewery, rainforest café, and just a walk away from everything. Highly recommended this hotel for location and ease of access to everything.

“Fantastic view”
The location and fantastic view from a high floor falls view room. Two king-size beds in a large room were very comfortable, luxury. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
