For an economic inn it was excellently taken care of. Very clean and up to date. Lovely receptionist both at check in and check out. The bed was extremely comfortable. The location was walking distance to the Falls if you dont mind a 10-15 min stroll.

“Thieves and bad service”
Nothing good. Staff is bad and they still have not released my security deposit. They are thieves, don't book here. The rooms are quite bad so really don't recommend this place

“Overall good stay, clean room”
Clean room, air conditioning worked well, good location, pool is small but we had it to ourselves for over an hour the night we were there. Easy check in/check out. Was nice to find a motel/hotel with 3 beds since we are a family of 5 --- many places can only accommodate a family of 4.
