We really enjoyed our stay! We arrived around 1 AM and the check-in process was very quick and smooth, which we really appreciated after a long trip. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Location is also great- walking distance to Falls and city center!

We booked a two queen bed room for two people - The only available one at the moment of booking. The check-in and checkout was smooth at the office counter. The bed were clean and comfortable to sleep. Good enough lights in the room. Wifi connection was good enough. Saw other big families staying at the place and enjoying their time. Plenty parking space. Hot water available both in shower and sink. TV fridge cupboards available too. Heater and cooler available. Quite area and walkable from clifton hill.

“Skip it and find a different place to stay.”
Unfortunately we did not spend more than 5 minutes in the room. As frequent travellers we always check the mattresses for bed bugs. When we lifted up the sheets there were signs of bud bugs. Small red spots that are left behind after they explode and die. There was also an extremely high weed smell when entering the room. I have asked for a refund. Booking.com should not be offering properties like this. It makes me think twice before using them again.

The staff is very generous and assisted us whenever we needed it. They went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay, inclusive of giving us free water and bringing breakfast to our room. The room was also very clean and well-maintained.

We only had a problem with the keys, problem which was solved by the housekeeper as soon as we asked. Thanks to him for that. Otherwise, everything was perfect, I recommend this place.
