“Mocked by Front Desk Staff, Dirty Room, Terrible Experience”
Poor breakfast, poor cleanliness, and extremely unprofessional staff. The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is that Niagara Falls is within walking distance, about 15 minutes away.

Location is ok but the management is not good. When we asked for a little bit earlier check in, the answer is $25. When we asked for a little bit late check out, answer is still cold answer $25. People in the front desk are always have poker-face

The receptionist was disrespectful.. The sofa was very dirty and when I requested to change it or clean it , the receptionist was very impolite and just said :” i can’t do any thing for you and you can leave the hotel

Terrible staff. The girl in reception hardly looked at us. Gave us no info about breakfast or even a smile. The fire alarm went off late at night. Of course we were afraid. She was really rude when a asked questions about the alarm. A person like that should not work with guests. The person fixing breakfast was not very nice either.
