Proximity to the Falls. Quiet area. Very nice and helpful host (Will) who doubled as artistic chef. The house itself was very well preserved.

We had a great stay at this amazing historic B&B - would definitely recommend to others visiting Niagara Falls. Not only is the house full of history but it is very comfortable and clean. Cherrish and Matt were a fantastic source of local knowledge and had some great recommendations to make for a lovely stay.

“History and location”
A beautiful house. Matt and Cherrish really maintain that house nicely and make its history come alive. I enjoyed the porch in the morning..the coffee that was available, the lounge that was open with lots of books and brochures to study.. The house is old so the amenities are as well..maybe the price should reflect that a little... but in any case far better than staying in one of those non-descript bunkers a little further downtown.

“A home away from home with lots of charm and friendly faces!”
The breakfast was so wonderful, very obviously made with love! It was fun getting to know the other people staying in the b&b as we all sat around the table together for breakfast every morning. We were provided with a sweet and savory course, along with coffee, tea, and juice. The spread was awesome.
