“Good enough!”
Very accommodating of a late check-in around 1AM. Room was clean, shower was hot and powerful. Not much more to ask for a transient night stay.

“Seemed safe but would not stay again”
Was very quiet due to low occupancy (less than 50%) and location away from niagara state park. Desk staff polite. Plenty of towels in room. Shower had ample hot water. Required old school actual key to get in room.

Clean, quiet for the most part. Easy to check in and out. It had restaurants nearby, pizza down the road was awesome! Papa Leo's. Good value for the money.

Its value for money type of place. 20 min away from Niagara falls. Budget friendly. Cable tv had a channel which played cocomellon. That was life saver 😀

“Everything is good but still need to focus on small things.”
I stayed in room #205 which is newly constructed. The room had 3 queen size bed, 3 foldable chairs with a dining table, one sofa, one coffee machine, one cordless electric kettle and a mini fridge. Location was also good.

The boss is very enthusiastic and directly upgraded our room. The room is fully equipped with brand new items. We accidentally left some belongings in the room, but the boss quickly found them and kept them safe for us. We are extremely grateful for their assistance.

“Great price, excellent location, and comfortable.”
The manager of the motel was very kind and did a great job welcoming us and explaining how to get to our room. There was also some construction going on at the hotel and he apologized for the inconvenience. The price was great. It is in a good location, right on the highway. I could use it to get to multiple restaurants nearby.

Quiet residential area, friendly, pleasant staff, cleanliness, comfort, there are necessary things such as a microwave oven, kettle, refrigerator, TV, air conditioning and telephone, as well as parking next to the hotel where you can look out the window and observe. There is no unpleasant smell, the linen is clean, fresh. There are no cockroaches, dust, mold and hair in the hotel - it is pleasantly pleasing! We had a family room for 2 adults and 4 children
