“Worth your money”
The staff was really nice and we had no noisy neighbors. The location was great - close to the Niagara Falls so we were one of the first ones there. In general, it's clean and we had no problems.

“Coming back!”
Staff go out if their way to be friendly. Adrianna, Pat, Jordan, few others, sadly I can't remember names. Beds are comfy. Breakfast a perfect start.

“Very kind staff at the reception”
I liked the room, quiet place, very comfortable bed, good breakfast and very kind staff, they allow us to stay a little more after check out in the lobby without any issue and even recommend me how to get the bus station.

It was all the worst!!!! The reception was not helpful at all, they made a mistake with the bills, you were hurt, they did not know their job like proper employees! the rooms were terrible, they smelled bad, you could not get in.! dirty sheets, the refrigerator did not work! in short, everything was terrible! from the reception to the rooms until we left the same day! I do not recommend it!
