Nice hotel, and friendly staff. Excellent location with a great pool. Had to take a couple of marks off the score as there is no laundry room, or laundry service - despite both being mentioned in the facilities when I booked. We were away for 3 weeks travelling around the Great Lakes and had to walk to a neighbouring hotel and sit there for a couple of hours whilst we did our laundry, which was a shame as the hotel is advertised as having a laundry room, and also providing a laundry service. If it wasn’t for that, we would have given 10/10.

“Don't Miss This Hotel”
The location is excellent with outstanding scenic view of Niagra River.... we stayed in Room 401 which was very large with river view..... especially I would like to mention the name Mr. Lucas in the front desk who was very helpful and dynamic..... Niagra Fall is walking distance about 15 mins.... Overall the Hotel is excellent and I recommend others to try for this to make Niagra visit memorable....

“Modern hotel, excellent location”
Modern hotel situated within easy walking distance of Niagara Falls. We also enjoyed the small gym and relaxing in the pool/spa after visiting the Falls.

“Overall excellent”

This is our first experience with hilton. the staff was not cooperative and coffee machine very dirty. they doesn't give us slipper. there is no water for drinking. just money wasted
